From James: How long does it take to learn to play guitar?
Chris: It all depends on how often you practice. I'm still working on it, and I started playing when I was about 17. If you are willing to practice often (like several days a week), then you could get pretty good in a short time. Playing guitar can hurt your fingers at first, but your fingers will get used to it and you'll be rockin' in no time!
From Lucas: Are you famous?
Chris: I'd love to say Yes, but I don't think so. Not yet, anyway. Sure it would help get more people to listen to my CDs or come to my shows if I was famous, but it's not the goal. My goal is to entertain a lot of kids, make great kids' music and have a lot of fun.
From Madison: Do you really have a Pet Dragon?
Chris: Well, at the end of the song I suggest that I'd be "better off with a cat or something", so maybe I used to have a dragon, but he dragged me down too much! Kidding aside, the only pets I've ever had have been a Collie dog named Holly (our family pet for most of my childhood), and fish that all died. The song My Pet Dragon is imaginary fun, but not a true story. I Sneezed in French Class sadly IS a true story however!
